Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://TCGBooth.com website operated by TCG Booth (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

14 Days to request an exchange or return
Requests for return, exchanges, or any other issues need to be made through the exchange/return e-mail portal with a staff member within 14 days of the order being shipped. TCG Booth reserves the right to accept returns on a case by case basis. Used goods/items in any condition other than NEW are non-refundable

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Purchase Orders:
We gladly accept purchase orders from police departments and government agencies. Orders can be placed directly through our website using either the credit card or cashiers check / money order option at checkout.

For purchases of items or quantities subject to legal restriction, please either contact us to provide proof supporting any applicable law enforcement or government exemption, or complete the “purchase order for law enforcement” form at checkout and we will contact you for such proof prior to fulfillment.

We are unable to fulfill orders for legally restricted items based solely on information provided through the website.

Most orders ship the same day the order is received. In some circumstances, such as during the holiday season or for orders subject to possible legal restriction requiring our investigation prior to fulfillment, there may be a slight delay in shipment.

All heavy, oversized, and ammunition orders will ship through FedEx ground service unless other arrangements are made. All other orders will ship through the United States Postal Service. If you would like to request a different shipping method, please call us.

All expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. MST will ship the same day unless investigation for compliance with applicable law is required. If you need a shipment to arrive on Saturday or Sunday, please call us no later than 2:00 p.m. MST on Friday. Absent special arrangement, expedited shipments will not be delivered on weekends or holidays.
